Pavel Kokoshka
Regional Sales Manager
Pavel joined PROGIRA in 2008 and has more than 10 years of experience in the broadcasting industry. As the Head of PROGIRA’s Representative Office in Russia and the Regional Sales Manager, he is responsible for sales and business development throughout the Asia Pacific, Russia, and CIS countries. He has been instrumental in introducing professional broadcast network planning techniques and tools to multiple network operators and broadcasters in various countries throughout the regions. He was also involved in various broadcast technology conferences in Europe. He also actively supports clients in the development of digital terrestrial TV and radio networks, as well as digital migrations. Pavel is a key member of PROGIRA’s team and contributed to the development of PROGIRA plan for server – a new product launched in 2018 which automates repetitive tasks when planning broadcast networks – by gathering clients’ feedback and understanding their requirements. He plays a crucial role in communicating clients’ requirements to PROGIRA’s product development team.
Before joining PROGIRA, Pavel worked for the Swedish Trade Council in Moscow as a Consultant, and later as a Business Opportunity Project Manager. He conducted market analysis, managed partners, and offered consultancy to Swedish companies that were starting businesses in Russia. He was engaged in different projects in a wide range of industries, such as IT, telecommunication, oil and gas, construction, forestry, and pharmacy.
