ABU DBS is an annual event organized by the Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union (ABU), where professionals from the radio, television, broadcast and media industry convene to share their experiences, network, gain knowledge and come up-close to the latest technologies.
This year at ABU DBS, PROGIRA is looking forward to showcasing PROGIRA plan, an integral radio frequency network planning tool, on a brand-new GIS interface, ArcGIS Pro. This new introduction is going to bring loads of smiles to radio frequency network planners out there.

4th March 2019:
9 am – 12 pm: DVB Workshop on Digital Terrestrial TV
PROGIRA is proud to be part of this workshop hosted by DVB. This workshop, consisting of both presentations and hands-on session, shall explore the entire transmission chain of digital terrestrial television.
Mats EK, our technical director would be presenting ‘DVB-T2 SFNs: The importance of Network and Frequency planning’. After the presentations, all conference registrants have an opportunity to gain hands-on experience on PROGIRA plan. Since this workshop will be conducted jointly with Enensys, Rover, TestTree, Dolby, Sofia Digital and Sony, participants will have the opportunity to see other state-of-the-art equipment in action.
